Keeping memory in good health

This document from the Exploratorium, gives some sound advice on how to keep
your memory in good health.

  1. Physical exercise like walking.

  2. Mental exercise like doing crosswords
  3. Sharing your experiences with other people
  4. Using organization in space to help memory:like putting the keys always
    in the same place or writing things in a appointment book.

  5. Using organization in time to help memory:like having a daily routine.
